Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All sales made to Brandmark Sdn. Bhd. are final, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Due to the nature of our services — including but not limited to coaching, training programs, workshops, consulting services, digital products, and events — we do not offer refunds once access, delivery, or participation has commenced.

2. Digital Products & Online Programs
For digital products, including online courses, recorded content, templates, frameworks, or downloadable materials:
No refunds will be issued once access has been granted
No refunds for partial usage, non-completion, or change of mind
Sharing, copying, or downloading content voids any eligibility for refund consideration

3. Coaching, Consulting & Mentorship Services
For 1-to-1 coaching, group coaching, consulting, or mentorship services:
Payments are non-refundable once the first session has commenced
Missed sessions are not refundable
Rescheduling is subject to prior notice and availability
Failure to attend does not constitute grounds for a refund

4. Events, Workshops & Live Trainings
For live events, workshops, or in-person/online trainings:
Event fees are non-refundable
Tickets are transferable with prior written notice (subject to approval)
No refunds for non-attendance or late arrival
If an event is cancelled or postponed by Brandmark Sdn. Bhd., participants may be offered:
A replacement session
Credit for a future event
Access to a recorded version (if available)

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Brandmark Sdn. Bhd., including:
Duplicate payments
Technical errors preventing access (verified)
Legal or regulatory requirements under Malaysian law
Any approved refund may be subject to:
Administrative fees
Payment gateway processing fees (non-refundable)

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact Brandmark Sdn. Bhd. directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Suspension from future programs
Legal recovery actions where applicable


8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
